How Does Family Mediation Work?
After providing you with initial legal advice we can refer you to a trained Mediator. If the case is considered suitable for mediation (and most are) the Mediator will arrange the first session.
If I have a Solicitor and go to mediation does that mean I pay twice?
There is a cost both to legal representation and mediation but, if you use both together then in almost all cases the total cost is reduced, because the case is settled much more quickly. Contested cases cost the most money.
