Although proud of his Welsh heritage Gareth has lived nearly all his life in the West Country.
Gareth couldn’t decide whether to take business studies or law at unversity so, ever one to keep his options open, he graduated with a degree in business law.
He likes to be busy and can deal with most areas of law but he is particularly interested in matrimonial finance especially more complex cases involving businesses, farms and pension arrangements (where his grounding in business law is invaluable). He also practices in the areas of commercial property, business and share sale transactions.
Gareth is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel of specialist family law practitioners. Please see the family law page for further information.
He is married with two grown up sons and his interests include music (he regularly attends live music events and festivals) and sport. He is particularly keen on rugby and follows the fortunes of the current Welsh team with equal measures of joy and despair although his colleagues say that he tends to talk more about the Welsh football team these days!
