We have been actively monitoring the situation with regard to the outbreak of COVID-19.
Our main priority has been to safeguard our employees and clients whilst continuing to provide the level of service that we pride ourselves on providing.
So far, we have managed to operate normally. We have taken the following steps to manage the situation.
- We have arranged for most of our staff to work from home. We have installed the necessary IT in their homes so telephone and electronic communications can continue as normal.
- We are not meeting clients in person except in exceptional circumstances (and with due respect for social distancing). We have started to offer virtual meetings using zoom so clients have been able to have face to face meetings from the comfort of their home. This has been so succesful that, when life has returned to normal, we intend to offer it as an alternative for clients who prefer it.
- We will keep the situation under review and will make adjustments decisions in-line with guidance. We are pleased that we have been able to maintain service levels during at this difficult time but would ask for your understanding and co-operation if you should encounter difficulties in particular situations.
