As we come to the end of 2012 we wish everyone a very happy and prosperous 2013.
2012 was an exciting year at Bartlett Gooding & Weelen. Whilst the staff were enjoying a well deserved Christmas break our IT consultant was working hard to get our new case management system up and running ready for implementation when we returned to work in January.
Despite a few teething problems the system has been a great success. The Partners and Staff soon got used to using it and the benefits are enormous. Most important of all we have improved upon the speed and efficiency of the service that we provide to our clients.
2012 was also the year when we became accredited under the Conveyancing Quality Scheme and our conveyancing staff have recently taken and passed the examinations necessary for re-accreditation for the next year. Dervla Nash passed her final examination to become a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She also became a member of the Association of Contentious Trust And Probate Specialits (ACTAPS).
We intend to build on this success in 2013 by improving further upon the service that we offer and providing even better value for money. If you are a client and wish to comment on your experience of our service or if you just want to make a suggestion then please feel free to send us a message using the “contact” tab on this site.
It is always surprises us that despite the best of intentions many of our clients just don’t get round to making Wills. If you are one of those who haven’t then why not make a resolution to do it in 2013?
